Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paper – work and get settled in. 

Please allow 3 days or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. Microblading deposits/payments are nonrefundable.

Brows and Beyond, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at their discretion. 

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all and any appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided over the phone upon booking your appointment. A credit card charge fee will be charged to you at the time of your services.  

Remaining balance must be  paid at time of service.

Microblading and all permanent cosmetic procedures are considered a multi-step appointment process.  

How will you heal properly and look your best is by following all  post care instructions that are given to you at the end of your appointment. 

Clients receive two sessions depending on type of procedure. The second session, called the Enhancement Session is complimentary. This must be scheduled no sooner than 5 weeks and no later than 6 weeks following your first session. If your Enhancement Session is scheduled after 6 weeks, it is no longer complimentary and will incur an additional charge. Enhancement Sessions are recommended for the best results.
